Schaff Trend Cycle indicator for mt4 metatrader - forex best scalper strategies

 Schaff Trend pattern (MetaTrader indicator)

is a cyclical oscillator produced by determining the stochastic over stochastic over a MACD line making utilization of rounds. The effect may be the improved form of the oscillator that is not choppy during the
styles and responds to the modifications quickly. It had been produced by Doug Schaff, whom assumed that the currency trends accelerate and decelerate in cycles. Its algorithm was made general public in 2008. Schaff Trend Cycle attempts to combine two various methods of determining the trend direction changes — MACD and smoothed stochastic oscillator. The worthiness of the indicator fluctuates between 0 and 100. Two trigger levels are used — 25 and 75. You can install this indicator both for MT4 and MT5.

Input parameters:

MAShort (default = 23) — the period associated with the fast paced average for the MACD line calculation. Should be less than MALong.
MALong (standard = 50) — the period associated with the slow moving average for the MACD line calculation. Should be greater than MAShort.
Cycle (standard = 10) — the size of the cycle in chart durations. The resulting cycle is twice as long because two stochastics are calculated consequentially.

The simplest and many apparent way to trade by using this indicator is to market whenever the line falls below level 75 and get when it rises above level 25. To filter some more bad signals, Doug Schaff (the composer of Schaff Trend Cycle) provides the following technique: for a buy signal, the bar following the trigger club should close over the high of the trigger club; for a sell signal, the club following the trigger bar should shut below the low of the trigger club. Trigger club could be the club formed at precisely the same time as the Schaff Trend Cycle rose above 25 or declined below 75.
